Great location within walking distance to popular attractions such as Union Square and Chinatown. Friendly staff that made us feel comfortable during our stay.- The lobby offered events like wine tastings and had a cozy atmosphere with a fireplace.
Aggressive concierge trying to sell us on a timeshare presentation, even after we said no multiple times. The hotel is old and could use some renovations.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the accommodations and the unbeatable location. Speaking of which, this hotel is perfectly situated for sightseeing, with numerous restaurants in the city center. You can easily walk to everything you might want to see in the city. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with updated furnishings and all the basic amenities you could need. I particularly appreciated the sleeper sofa in the room, which provided extra space for relaxation. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a nice selection of options to start the day off right.
All was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

It was in a much safer area than those on Geary St the location was perfect, just a short walk to Stockton St where buses and streetcars go to and from the city center. the room was spacious, sunny, and clean, with all the amenities I needed for my stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, and there were even events like wine and cheese tastings in the lobby. it was a great experience.
That the hotel didn't have its own parking garage, so I had to find parking elsewhere.
