Great location within walking distance to popular attractions such as Union Square and Chinatown. Friendly staff that made us feel comfortable during our stay.- The lobby offered events like wine tastings and had a cozy atmosphere with a fireplace.
Aggressive concierge trying to sell us on a timeshare presentation, even after we said no multiple times. The hotel is old and could use some renovations.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the accommodations and the unbeatable location. Speaking of which, this hotel is perfectly situated for sightseeing, with numerous restaurants in the city center. You can easily walk to everything you might want to see in the city. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with updated furnishings and all the basic amenities you could need. I particularly appreciated the sleeper sofa in the room, which provided extra space for relaxation. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a nice selection of options to start the day off right.
All was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

I stayed at a hotel that was located in a pretty clean area of downtown. It was in a much safer area than those on Geary St The location was perfect, just a short walk to Stockton St where buses and streetcars go to and from the city center. The room was spacious, sunny, and clean, with all the amenities I needed for my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were even events like wine and cheese tastings in the lobby. it was a great experience.
That the hotel didn't have its own parking garage, so I had to find parking elsewhere.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful, ensuring that you have a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with the added bonus of having 2 bathrooms, perfect for families or groups. The attention to detail is evident, with comfortable beds and even a couch that folds out into an extra bed. Plus, some rooms offer a stunning view of the city.
All was satisfactory and met our expectations.

During my last Christmas holiday, I stayed at a hotel that had some great positive aspects. the staff was really friendly and always available to help. the rooms were quite spacious and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was very close to popular tourist destinations and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby.
There were also some worst aspects that could be improved. The hotel did not offer any free services, including Wi-Fi, breakfast, or parking, which added up to the total cost of my stay.
